A. Work flow for planar design project

1. Timely arrange for appropriate specialist to learn about customer’s demand upon their inquiries:

Ask through interview, telephone, email or other means about the necessary designing content, including company profile, project description, basic project style and features, essential design and budgets etc.

2. We provide consultancy and quote for our design

Our customer service asks about customer’s demand, answer their inquiries, and quote as requested.

3. Determine bilateral collaboration intend:

Sign the Contract for Design Project, by which customers pay advancement and provide desired datum for the design.

4. Preparatory phase for earlier design:

We present to customers a copy of Work Schedule and Design Request Form as well.
ii. Customer provides relevant guidance datum (such as wordage, picture, e-documentation, website, industrial data, etc.), time schedule for bilaterally determined project as well as design requirements.?
iii. We issue work assignment and hold creative meeting, carry out market research and do related work.

5. Draft design:

Enter into the draft design phase. Thereafter we determine the overall design style, and work out the proposal schema to customers.

6. Go into the comprehensive design phase:

When the draft is recognized, we start to design all the remained web pages which will be submit to customers for confirmation upon its completion.

7. Final version for the whole design content:

Customer acknowledges the entire final version pages of all the designed content, then execute the Balance Payment.

8. Collect the Balance Payment

We receive the Balance Payment and submit to customer all the e-documentations for the design schema and contract invoice. The design work is complete.

9 Others:

If customer asks for post-production printing, both sides can renew their printing contract for subsequent detailed execution.


B. Workflow for VIS design project

1. Timely arrange for appropriate specialist to learn about customer’s demand upon their inquiries:
Ask through interview, telephone, email or other means about the design content desired, including company profile, project description, basic project style and features, essential design, budget, etc.

2. We provide consultancy for the design and quote the price:
Our customer service asks about customer’s demand, answer their inquiries, and quote as requested.

3. Determine bilateral collaboration intent:
Sign the Contract for Design Project. Thereon customer pay advancement and provide datum needed by the design.

4. Preparatory phase for early design:
1. we present to customer a copy of Work Schedule and a copy of Design Request Form.
2. Customer provide related guidance datum ( such as wordage, picture, e-documentation, website, industrial information, etc.), bilaterally determined time schedule for the project and design requirements as well.
3. We issue work assignment, hold creative meeting, carry out market research, and do related so on.

5. Draft design:
Go into the logo design phase and deliver the proposal schema to customer.

6. Basic partial design phase:
When the logo is finalized, we start to design the basic portion, which is to be acknowledged by customer and then the application part will be carried out.

7. Finalization of the application part:
When customer acknowledges the application part is completed for designation, we start to tailor the VIS Manual.

8. Collect the Balance Payment:
Upon the collection of the Balance Payment, we shall timely provide to customers the VIS Manual, e-documentation, and contract invoice as needed. The whole design work is complete.

9. Post phase maintenance:
When the project is completed, we will follow up feedbacks on a non-regular base. Meanwhile we will offer related training, assist customer’s VIS project for particular execution, promotion, and offer professional suggestion as well.


C. Workflow of website project


1. Timely arrange for appropriate specialist to learn about customer’s demand upon their inquiries:
Ask through interview, telephone, email or other means about the content necessary for the design, including company profile, project description, basic project style and features, essential design and budgets etc.

2. We provide consultancy and quote for the design

Our customer service asks about customer’s demand, answer their inquiries, and quote as requested.

3. Determine bilateral cooperation intend:
Both parties appoint their project leaders to carry out in-depth communication and consultation to reach consensus in line with the project content and detailed demands.
  
4. Both parties sign the contract:
Bilaterally sign the Contract of the Website Production and the Contract Attachments. The Contract Attachments includes the specific quotation of the project and details. Customer pays advancement as per the contract and provide datum needed by our design.

5. Preparatory phase for early design:
1. We will provide to customer a copy of the Work Schedule and the Design Request when the contract is signed.
2. Customer provides the background datum for the related guidance design (such as wordage, picture, e-documentation, website and industrial information, etc.), bilaterally determined project time schedule and design requirements.
3. We issue work assignment, hold creative meeting, carry out market research and do related.

6. Draft design:
Go into the basic webpage design phase, and deliver the first hand proposal to customer, by whom it is checked and approved, thereafter we will deliver the second proposal as necessary where the first failed to be approved due to incompliance with? the design requirements acknowledged ex ante.。

7. Go into the comprehensive design phase:

After the draft is accepted, we will start the remained webpage production and related functional module development in accordance with the website structure chart, and work out the webpage design schema within a specified time.

8. Test and confirmation:
We will upload the designed web pages to the server at our end, and provide the linkage address. Yours respectfully can check and test the website, offer feedback comments. We will do appropriate modification on the ground of the running condition and feedback suggestion, then complete the formal version.

9. Finalization for the whole design content and collection of Balance Payment:

Customer determines the final version of all designed content, and pay Balance Payment. We collect the sum and provide to customer all the e-documentations and contract invoice for the design schema.

10. Website official running and training:
When the Balance Payment is received, we will assist to upload the website content to customer’s website server, thereon complete the design work. We may provide training for basic website maintenance knowledge to network administrator from customers.

11. Maintenance:
When the website is uploaded to customer’s server, we will provide 10 working days of website maintenance. After this, both parties may otherwise sign Agreement on Website Maintenance, in order to enjoy appropriate services such as website maintenance, webpage update.
